Shipping and Delivery
We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 5-7 business days of
placing your order. Heritcraft will not be liable in the event of any
delays, packages being lost or damaged during transit beyond our

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy 
At Heritcraft, we take great
care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However,
if you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to assist you,
provided the following guidelines are met.

A return or refund will be
processed only if an unboxing video is shared. The video must be
recorded from the moment the package is opened and should clearly
capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits. The
condition of the product must be visible and verifiable in the video.
This helps us assess your claim fairly and transparently.

The unboxing video, along
with your return or refund request, must be submitted within 24 hours of
receiving the order. Requests made after this window or without the
required video will not be eligible for return or refund. We do not
accept claims for damages caused by mishandling after delivery.

Exchanges are allowed in
certain cases such as receiving a defective item, the wrong product, or
the wrong size. An unboxing video is also mandatory for exchange
requests and must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Exchange
requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is
unavailable, we may offer store credit or a suitable alternative.

with your order ID, the unboxing video, and a brief description of the
issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business
days.

Cancellation
Cancellations on your orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
